North Korea Says It's Made Its Point With Trash Balloons

North Korea says it will stop sending balloons carrying garbage into South Korea, after nearly 1,000 balloons crossed the DMZ. Pyongyang said the balloons were in response to South Korean propaganda material traveling in the opposite direction.
