Canberra man behind bars charged with murder and arson for Holt house fire

A Canberra man is behind bars, charged with murder and arson after a fatal house fire in Belconnen last week. 38-year- old Atem Marol Deng made a brief appearance in court where his lawyer indicated he would plead not guilty to both charges.
