The Court of Appeal has ruled unanimously that the Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Act is valid and constitutional and does not breach the constitutional rights of public officers.
However, the President of the Public Services Association tells TV6 News that the union will be taking the matter to this country's highest appeal court, the Privy Council in London.
