After an Israeli strike on a Rafah camp killed at least 45 people, Dr H.A. Hellyer, Senior Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, tells FRANCE 24's Mark Owen that US President Joe Biden's red line on Rafah "has been crossed multiple times to the point that it's rather pointless to speak of a red line". He adds that the White House is unwilling to admit that a line has been crossed, as doing so would mean having to stop providing weapons to Israel.
