Mother Sophie Roome and family remember 2yo boy Rowan killed in East Lismore murder-suicide

The mother and family of a two-year-old boy killed by his father in a murder-suicide in northern NSW on Sunday say his short life was "filled with rich and happy experiences" and they have been "devastated" by his death.
