Vision on a Mission's C-E-O says the Non-Governmental Organisation's rehabilitation and reintregration success rate is just over 96 percent" and, it is making an impact on crime reduction in Trinidad and Tobago.
The NGO also supports individuals released from prison with special bail conditions and alternative sentencing options.
