The PNM has completed screening and recommended two candidates for the upcoming by-elections in Quinam/Morne Diablo and Lengua/Indian Walk.
The elections are scheduled for June 17th, following the death of the councillor in the first district, and a tie in votes in the other.
Speaking with reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh on Friday, Minister of Local Government Faris Al-Rawi said his party is ready for the challenge.
