Education Minister Says More To Be Done on Bullying and Self-Harm in Taiwan

Taiwan's education ministry has reported a sharp increase in cases of school bullying over the past five years. The outgoing minister, Pan Wen-chung, says bullying in schools and self-harm among students are pressing issues for his replacement.
