In Mecca, he told the Quraysh people what he knew about the Prophet.
Ibn Sarh: I manipulated Muhammad as I pleased. If he said: “All wise,” then I will said: All Knowing. He would agree with everything I said and asked me to write it down in Qur’an. That’s right. That is how Qur’an was written. (Sirah Al Halabiyah, vol. 3, p. 90)
