The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be implementing traffic adjustments to ease the burden of tens of thousands of motorists who would be affected by the six-month closure of the southbound lane of EDSA-Kamuning flyover.
Part of the adjustments, according to MMDA acting chairman Don Artes, is to disallow motorcycle riders to take the EDSA-Kamuning service road starting Friday, May 3. (MB Video by Arnold Quizol)
