Petro Gazz Angels takes PVL top spot
Petro Gazz Angels head coach Koji Tzurabara is all smiles after hearing that his squad took the top seed in the Premier Volleyball Conference (PVL) 2024 All-Filipino Conference.
The Angels prevailed against Nxled in four sets, 22-25, 25-23, 25-23, 25-22, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on Saturday, April 27.
With the Angels closing their elimination round with a win, they tallied a 9-2 win-loss card, 28 points, earning the top seed for the first time since 2019 in the PVL Reinforced Conference.
