The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Thursday, April 25 said rain showers may continue to affect parts of Mindanao due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ)—a region in the equator where the winds from the northern and southern hemispheres converge.
