In a humorous turn of events, this 15-month-old long-haired Chihuahua named Captain Ron Rico was seen claiming a packet of chicken legs that was in a grocery bag. When his owner wanted him to move so that they could move the bags, the dog growled and was not ready to hand over the bag.
