Private Patrick Halley receives retrospective service award in Hobart, 53 years after returning from the Vietnam War

A Tasmanian veteran has been honoured for his service, more than five decades after returning from the Vietnam War. Private Patrick Halley was reading a book on war memorabilia when he realised, he was long overdue a service award.
