The Tobago Agribusiness Development Company, TADCO, Is denying claims that its present management hired an HR Consultant to provide certain services, including the assessment of candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer, the recruitment of Human Resource staff, and performance management training .
This action, according to TADCO, was taken by the previous management of TADCO, in 2021 under the PNM administration.
But not so fast says Minority Leader Kelvon Morris, as the invoice for the $25,000 was dated November 25th 2022, which is under the present THA administration's tenure. Mr. Morris is calling for answers. Elizabeth Williams has this report.
