Xiaoliuqiu Island To Start Charging Conservation Fee to Tourists

Southern Taiwan's Xiaoliuqiu Island will start charging visitors a conservation fee for entering protected coastal zones. The island's beaches, corals reefs and wildlife attract hundreds of thousands of tourists each year.
