Freedom Law Chambers is accusing the North West Regional Health Authority of flip-flopping after receiving conflicting news about a series of meetings the NWRHA is suppose-to have with the parents of the seven babies.
The legal group is now asking the Authority for clarity on the way forward, as yet another Pre-Action Protocol Letter is issued.
