The Wellington Square development combines public green space with 464 build-to-rent homes from McLaren Living and around 364,000 square feet of workspace from McLaren Property. Leeds City Councillors have voted to approve the mixed use development of build-to-rent homes and commercial space in Leeds’ West End.
