The remains of a body, confirmed to be that of Deborah Gopaul, an employee of Jade Distributors, was found in a black Mazda car, PCA 9108, with her hands bound, on the Claude Noel highway near Lowlands on Tuesday night.
Police in Tobago are continuing investigations into the matter, but have not classified the discovery of Ms Gopaul's body as murder. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
