Georgia Woman Charged In Family Slaying Poses For Cameras

On Friday, during her first court appearance, Isabel Martinez, 33, smiled and struck poses for the news cameras in the court room. Martinez is being charged with five counts of murder for the deaths of four of her children and her husband.
