The Finance Minister has told the UNC to be careful what they wish for in their calls for the Prime Minister to call the next General Election now, as he predicts they could be in Opposition for three consecutive terms.
HIs confidence of the victory for the PNM at the polls follows expressions of confidence by the Opposition Leader that her party will be victorious.
The Finance Minister spoke on the matter during the Senate's debate of a ten billion dollar increase in this country's debt ceiling.
