Canadian Newscast Turns Silly When Sports Reporter Wins The Lottery

This is pretty awesome. But it also seems like it could be a "How I Met Your Mother"-written parody of Canadian newscasts. The wining reporter seems like a great guy though, so we're definitely just happy for him and not at all jealous.
