Obama Encourages Discharged Gay Soldiers to Reenlist

President Barack Obama encourages soldiers discharged under "don't ask, don't tell" to reenlist at the at the signing ceremony for the repeal of the 17-year-old policy banning gay men and women from serving openly in the military.
