Barriers erected by residents of Harpe Place in the wake of the horrific mass shooting at the weekend were still up on Monday, even as police maintained a presence in East Port of Spain.
TV6 visited the area today and spoke with two brothers of one of the murder victims, Police Sergeant Larry Phillip.
