A 33-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of her 10-year-old daughter Shay Kang, whose body was found in Rowley Regis on Monday.Jaskirat Kaur, also known as Jasmine Kang, was due to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court later on Wednesday.
