Philippines crew injured after collision with Chinese vessel in disputed South China Sea

China has been accused of "dangerous manoeuvres" by the Philippines after a vessel collision in the disputed South China Sea. The Philippines coast guard released video of the incident and confirmed four Filipino crew were injured.
