Lee Waters, the man behind Wales’ 20 miles per hour speed limit change across Wales will stand down form his role as deputy minister for climate change when a new first minister is announced later on this month. He also said he will delete his x, formerly twitter, account due to malign comments on innocuous posts.

The covid inquiry currently ongoing in Cardiff has heard that Mark Drakeford called local lockdowns across Wales a ‘failed experiment’. They came into place in September 2020 in Caerphilly with a number of other locations following suit. The inquiry is set to continue until 14th March.

Empty houses across Cardiff could see a thee hundred percent rise in council tax, hoping to bring unused homes back into use. The plans mean the longer a house is unoccupied, the more council tax would be paid, rising to two hundred percent after two years and three hundred percent after three years.
