The dramatic moment a tree tumbled down a cliff towards walkers during a landslide was caught on camera.
Footage of the incident - the third landslide in Folkestone, Kent, in the last month - is worrying local residents.
Jon Beard was walking along Sunny Sands beach yesterday [Sunday March 3] when a tree suddenly plunged down the hill in front of him, landing just yards from passers-by.
Mr Beard, who grew up in the town, said: “I got to the spot a bit before the actual landslide and noticed that the chunks of soil rolling down the slope were getting bigger, so I decided to wait.
