Wollongong’s Balgownie Rangers named Australia’s oldest running football club

The Balgownie Rangers Football Club, near Wollongong, has been officially confirmed as Australia’s oldest continually running football club. It now sits tenth on the Club of Pioneers list compiled by Sheffield FC, the world's oldest football club.
