Victoria is bracing for a day of dangerous bushfire conditions with very hot and windy conditions expected tomorrow. Half the state will be at extreme fire danger with parts of the northwest facing catastrophic fire conditions. Of significant concern, is a fire that continues to burn west of Ballarat where 30-thousand people in more than a dozen communities have been advised to leave tonight or tomorrow morning.
