Plamen Stoimenov Ignatov is 47 years old, an economist and an accountant. Since he was little, he had this passion for arts, especially for the plastic arts from wood and miniature.

“The Rila Monastery” remains the most important and valuable creation of Plamen Ignatov. The idea for the miniature came in 1989, after he dreamt that he was whittling a tree and building a Holy Temple. The work on the miniature took him 17 years and 2 months.
