Maritime Attorney Nyree Alfonso says she is very disappointed in the way the clean-up exercise of the Tobago Oil Spill has progressed.
Interviewed on Morning Edition, she said the necessary legislation to deal with such matters is not in place and this could make it difficult to bring the vessel's owners to account in a manner most would prefer.
