London Overground Hit By Severe Delays As M20 Reopens Following 'Police Incident'

London Overground has been hit with severe delays on Tuesday morning due to a “customer incident” at Shadwell.The delays are affecting Overground services between Highbury & Islington and New Cross Gate.
