Cruise ship agent Charles Carvalho is pleased with the clean-up efforts, following last Wednesday's oil spill in Tobago. Carvalho told TV6 News that a message was penned to the Chief Secretary Farley Augustine, informing him of the cruise ship docking situation in Scarborough. More in this Elizabeth Williams report.
