Absolutely one of my favorite lifts, though it has a strong Jekyll & Hyde nature! With the lighter warm-up weights, the Torso doesn't bend or move much as the Triceps & Delts do most of the work. Once l get into the working sets, the Torso is FORCED to bend maximally while the Triceps & Delts don't come on until the end. I am working on a better warm-up, but we'll have to wait and see. This is 70½lb and it does such an amazing job at stretching the sides of the Torso. To get lower, Torso Rotation also happens to make room to straighten the arm. NGL, these are top 3 one if the hardest lifts fir me to master, but they are undoubtedly WORTH IT! God Bless!
