Emergency crews on Queensland's Western Downs will assess whether residents can return to the town of Warra today - after yesterday's major floods forced the evacuation of 25 people - including 14 children. Weather warnings remain in place across the state’s south and south-east, where rain-weary people are starting to clean up.
