Eco Groups Say Reef Damage in Taiwan Caused by Gas Station Construction

Environmental groups in Taiwan say reef damage on the country's northwest coast was caused by beach erosion on the construction site of a gas receiving station. The state-run company behind the project says erosion started before construction began.
