The Minister of Finance has agreed to the necessary financing for construction of the new Scarborough Secondary School. Chief Secretary Farley Augustine made the announcement at a ground-breaking ceremony for the new building. Elizabeth Williams was at the sod turning ceremony. Here's her report.
