Pentagon Reveals Details About Secretary Lloyd Austin’s Secretive Hospitalization

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has prostate cancer and his recent secretive hospitalization was for surgery and later to treat a urinary tract infection related to that operation, doctors said.
