1. bengal gram flour (besan)
2. cucumber
3. carrot
4. honey
5. cold milk
Preparation:
1. take 1 teaspoon bengal gram flour in a bowl
2. add to it 1 teaspoon grated cucumber
3. add 1 teaspoon grated carrot
4. add 1/4 teaspoon honey
5. add 1 teaspoon cold milk
6. mix all the items properly
Application:
1. apply this pack on face
2. leave it for 15-20 minutes
3. wash it with cold water
4. massage face with an ice cube for 5 minutes
