Jef Neve, a Belgian Jazz and classical music pianist and composer gave an Inspirational Piano Concert in the Auditorium of the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) this Friday 9th December 2016. He featured the scene with the outstanding Cecile Kayirebwa and Deo Munyakazi, a talented Inanga player.
