Try this recipe for an iced latte that’s delightfully bouncy, refreshing, and not too sweet.
Recipe:
• In a tea bowl, whisk together 2 tsp of Hojicha Powder & 60 ml cold filtered water.
• Into a large glass, add 1/2 cup grass jelly cubes & 1/2 cup ice cubes in alternating layers.
• Add sweetener to taste (we used maple syrup) & 180 ml of milk (we used soy milk).
• Pour the whisked hojicha into the large glass.
• Sip, stir, and enjoy with a boba straw or spoon.
