A sedan crashed into a Secret Service vehicle that was part of Biden's motorcade. Following the crash, Secret Service agents rushed Biden into another vehicle. Agents drew their guns on the sedan's driver, who had his hands up. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. A Secret Service spokesperson said there was no security threat from the crash.
