Fulton election worker Shaye Moss testified in Rudy Giuliani's defamation trial about how Giuliani's false claims of voter fraud ruined her life. Moss oversaw ballot counting in Fulton County in 2020, and after Giuliani falsely accused her of fraud using misleading security footage, Moss began receiving racist threats and abuse. Moss has been receiving threats for three years and now suffers from panic attacks and depression. She left her election job and fears going out in public. Giuliani has already been found liable in the defamation trial for falsely claiming voter fraud by Moss and her mother, Ruby Freeman. They are seeking $47 million in damages.
