Here is my modest versions of the amazing solos played by David Gilmour on "Comfortably numb" by Pink Floyd.
For that song, I used:
- Xavier Petit guitar (Elcery model)
- Line6 TonePort UX2
- Line6 Gearbox
- Backtrack
Both solos are from the Live at Robert Wyatt's Meltdown. I didn't manage to get anywhere near the sound of David Gilmour. So, I decided to play the second solo with a smoother, crunchy tone. I wish I had found David's sound though. Hope Gilmour's fans won't be too disapointed...
