NDIS estimates $1.4 billion to payment errors and fraud

It's been revealed an estimated 1.4 billion dollars was lost from the National Disability Insurance Scheme last financial year due to fraud, over claiming, and payment errors. It's five times more than the amount lost just two years ago.
