Could this country's deal for the supply of natural gas from Venezuela's Dragon Deal be in jeopardy if there is military action over the Essquibo region or if Venezuela does not honour an agreement with the U.S. to hold free and fair elections?
This was the concern raised by the Opposition and two Independent Senators in the Senate.
The Energy Minister said that the White House had reached out to him with certain assurances about the Dragon Deal.
