The northern territory government says constructing a controversial industrial precinct on Darwin harbour will help close the gap on Indigenous disadvantage across the territory. The claim comes as a senate inquiry into the 'middle arm development' is invited to travel to the top end in a bid to combat perceived misinformation about the project.
