Strike a balance between the welfare of police officers and their accountability to the countries they serve. That's a call coming from the Industrial Court President to Police Welfare Associations and by extension, the regional entity tasked to oversee the welfare of police officers.
That regional entity is the Caribbean Federation of Police Welfare Association, which has begun its 10th intercessional meeting.
