The Carnival is over, but assessments of the weekend festivities in Tobago are still being made. Tuesday, the THA's Division of Tourism and Culture is reacting to criticism by the head of the National Carnival Commission, Winston Gypsy Peters.
The Division describes as unwarranted, unfair and unacceptable the NCC chairman's comments.
